      Senior Manager, Accessibility Engineering — Google (New York, May 2013 - present)
     Lead team of engineers developing state-of-the-art software to improve the lives of people with sight and other impairments. We develop and maintain software until it reaches the point of stability, and then transition ownership to an appropriate established team and begin work on new innovations and inventions. Past projects, including TalkBack and ChromeVox, have become part of the core Android and Chrome OS platforms. We are now working on navigation techniques.
     Work to improve the accessibility of Google products by (a) developing an accessibility curriculum for engineers, user experience designers, and testers across the company, (b) developing internal accessibility standards, (c) implementing testing and review processes, and (d) mainintaining relationships with partners and other external entities.
     Speaker at external and internal conferences and other events. Deliver workshops to global Google employees in project management, data visualization, and statistics.
      Head of Publisher & Distribution Solutions — Latin America (New York, Jan 2012 - Apr 2013)
     Built a team to deploy and manage publisher solutions across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking Latin America.
     Led team in development of revenue and efficiency enhancing systems and technologies that have been adopted by Publisher & Distribution Solutions globally.
      Distribution Partnerships Lead (Europe, Middle East & Africa), Partner Solutions Organization (London, June 2011 - December 2011)
     Manage large partnerships with companies (primarily OEMs and software providers) across EMEA who distribute Google products.
     Led global optimization initiative to improve efficiency and effectiveness of distribution funnel.
      Sales Operations Manager, New Markets — Latin America (Buenos Aires, July 2010 - May 2011)
     On ten month assignment based in Buenos Aires but with responsibilities covering all of Latin America.
     Help setting up successful operations for New Markets and support the execution of sales & marketing channel strategies. Includes analyzing data to identify clear revenue opportunities, defining clear sales processes, ensuring cross channel coordination all of it to capitalize on the high revenue potential of the region.
     Define and track business performance across the New Markets, and share sales best practices.
      Technical Account Manager and member of EMEA Leadership Team (London, Oct 2008 - Jun 2010)
     As a member of the core leadership team, develop and execute strategies for the Partner Solutions Organization — a technical, partner-facing team — across EMEA and across all premium product lines in order to ensure effective pre-sales and quality service are provided to clients. Work closely with internal clients, including Product, Finance, and Legal to streamline operations, improve Google products, and ensure legal and policy compliance.
     Manage a technical team that manages premium partner relationships in AdSense, YouTube, Distribution, and Analytics.
     Personally manage some of Google's largest partnerships, generating many millions of dollars in annual gross revenue. Partners include large, household names in the E-commerce, Publishing, and ISP industries.
     Lead EMEA AdSense Optimisation Programme, a set of initiatives that have generated significant incremental revenue for Google and its partners while enabling partner self-service to reduce support costs.
      Partner Technology Manager (Mountain View, CA, Mar 2007 - Sep 2008)
     Oversaw the goals and activities of Partner Solutions Organization's Commerce & Analytics initiatives as a whole, including pre-sales, post-sales, and engineering, in the U.S. and the U.K, for Checkout, Product Search, and Google Analytics.
     As part of cross-functional teams, worked on diverse initiatives involving product strategy and design, sales process improvement, training, 24x7 holiday support, and SOX compliance.
     Worked with Engineering to improve global internal partner information system in order to streamline partner deal and contract management.

Neumont is a start-up, for-profit company, offering an award-winning, industry-focused, software engineering education which includes an accelerated Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and an MBA program; students have enrolled from 44 states and 10 countries. Neumont partners with industry and addresses the industry-wide shortage of skilled software developers.
      Senior Vice President
Invited by the university's founder to serve on the management team for the creation and formalization of landmark programs and solid corporate structures, from the ground up. Oversaw a team of 18 instructors and staff, and executed a $1.6 M personnel budget. Interfaced with the Chairman regularly.
Promoted to Vice President from Director of Development, after five months, and to Senior Vice President seven months later.
Orchestrated business and educational infrastructures for the university. Defined the program and policies, participated in the accreditation effort, interviewed the target audience to formulate industry-focused curriculum, established HR requirements and recruited, interviewed and hired instructors and professors; and created an entire undergraduate program followed by an MBA program. Provided overall strategic and operational direction for all programs and directly oversaw the academics department. Traveled internationally to recruit students and partners. Recognized in Forbes Magazine, by name, in July 2006, as one of the pioneers behind the innovative learning model created at Neumont.
     Leveraged collaborative relationships with industry leaders seeking software development solutions. Developed undergraduate program with team-based approach and project-based teaching methodology, while partnering with industry.
     Analyzed new markets and offerings. Traveled to Japan and China to open negotiations with potential partners, for delivering similar, culturally tailored, industry-focused software engineering education, using Neumont's template.
     Led a data and processes review of every department in the university resulting in streamlined company-wide changes in information systems, processes, procedures, and information sharing.
     Retained high educational and corporate standards. Conducted an in-depth analysis/study and identified 38 characteristics that correlated with student success to form new admissions criteria.

      Co-Founder and Vice President Operations
Founded, built, and grew a multinational professional services/solutions corporation with ground-breaking open-source collaborative web-application software. Architected the E-commerce and the Customer Service Modules of the software, as well as the company's business infrastructures. Managed explosive growth of employees from five to over 200, with seven offices in three countries, and $22 M in annual revenue.
     Charted company direction, objectives, and milestones; and implemented strategic business plans for budgeting, marketing, HR, payroll, customer relations, consulting, and corporate management structure.
     Managed cross-functional project teams in the USA and London managing IT projects from concept through delivery. Led a development team of 30 in Boston.
     Transformed the London office, within four months, from a financially underperforming operation to the most profitable office per capita. Personally coached team members to retain solid clients in financial services, retail, and content management, significantly boosting productivity. Monitored Profit and Loss.
     Traveled the globe to market new technology and establish relationships with large companies. Managed international client engagements and project teams. Presented at conferences to educate companies on open source web application usage and development to benefit their operations.
