neighbor_system_name

Defined in tcl/neighbor-defs.tcl

Returns the name specified for the neighbor-to-neighbor system in the parameters files.

Returns:

the custom name for the neighbor-to-neighbor system if it is set, or the system name with "Neighbor to Neighbor" appended to it.
