The Classifieds application allows a site to maintain a classified
advertisement forum and facilitates both the distribution of ad content
relevant to particular areas of interest and the communication between
sellers and interested parties.

- Allows for multiple classified domains per site

- Allows for multiple classifieds moderators per domain
- Allows for automated maintenance functions, such as emailing
advertisement owners reminders to delete advertisements for items no
longer available
