A few portlets

This portlet provides the user a quick glimpse into her address book. By clicking the notepad icon in the upper right corner, the user is taken directly to the /address-book section of the website. The data feed for this portlet is distributed with the Portals package.

The bboard portlet.

This second portlet lists all of the messages posted to a bboard in the last two days. It is an interface to the gc_bboard package, which does not normally distribute with ACS. Therefore, this portlet is available as a separate package, which may be installed after both portals and gc_bboard.

The My Tools portlet.

Lastly, the My Tools portlet provides a convenient set of links to some of the site's other features. Unlike previous examples, the data feeds for which are implemented as stored Tcl procedures, this portlet is implemented as a chunk of ADP:
